Flawless Hair prides ourselves in providing the highest quality, 100% human hair extensions. Prior to arriving at your door, all orders are thoroughly inspected at our quality control facility to ensure your product meets our customer satisfaction goals. Flawless Hair sells only premium grade 6A and 5A products from reputable sources and notes that the uniqueness of human hair will always produce a slight variance in patterns, textures, and colors.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CST, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our hair is sold in orders of 100 grams (3.5 oz) per unit. If you are needing a large order and would like to contact us, please use the Contact Us form or email info@getflawlesshair.com.

Processing and Shipping: Flawless Hair extension orders require a production time of approximately 5 to 7 business days, holidays and weekends excluded. Please remember shipping is affected by this production time. The order will be shipped to the address provided and method per the order submission. It is important to check your order for accuracy prior to submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned or packages mailed to the wrong address due to customer error. Flawless Hair is not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen issues.

Refunds: Flawless Hair is committed to bringing the utmost in customer satisfaction. Our customer return policy reflects our pride in product, service, and commitment to you.

If after receiving your 100% real, human Flawless Hair Extensions you are unsatisfied, we are happy to exchange your unopened Flawless Hair Extension set within seven (7) business days of you receiving your order. Please note, for sanitary reasons, we can only exchange unopened, unused, and untampered with Flawless Hair products.

If you would like to return your unopened Flawless Hair, please follow the below steps:
1) Contact Flawless Hair via email within three (3) business days of receiving your purchase. Send the reason for your return in an email to Returns@GetFlawlessHair.com. A Flawless Hair representative will contact with you within 24-hours with instructions for returning your purchase.
2) Once you have received your instructions from our Flawless Hair representative, please be sure to follow all directions carefully. NOTE: For refunds, Flawless Hair requires all products returned within seven (7) business days from when you originally received your order. Costs for shipping refunded items will be at the customer's expense.
3) Upon receipt of the unopened product, Flawless Hair will issue a full refund for the product purchase price and original shipping fees.

Remember, human hair has subtle variety, color changes, and texture differences. Like human hair, the display of colors in print, on a monitor, and across multiple devices will vary. Although we strive to maintain accuracy in our color samples, they are intended to be used as a visual guide and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
