Flawless Hair offers freelance competition hairstyling and makeup services. Let our team of professional celebrity stylist and professional celebrity makeup artist transform you into a glamorous stage ready Flawless Beauty!
Hairstyling Services may include-Installation of already purchased clip-ins (if required) and flatiron or curl of your hair. Allow 30-45mins for service. We do not offer salon type service at competitions. This means no cutting, dry shampooing, dying, blowdrying, washing etc.
Makeup Services may include- Synthetic One Time-use Lashes, application of professional grade makeup. Allow 30-45mins for this service.
You may upgrade your lashes to our reusable Faux Mink Lashes (includes a case for storage) for an additional $15.00
ALL SERVICES ARE PER DAY PRICING UNLESS YOU HAVE SELECTED A MULTIPLE DAY PACKAGE
Schedules are made based on when you booked and your division, you will not pick a schedule time! Time slot request are not guaranteed and are dictated based on when you paid your services in full. An email will be sent to you confirming location, instructions and your appointment time by the Monday before the show date. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is made in full, Deposits hold you a time slot but does not guarantee you a prime time.
Please note: We may not be at the Host Hotel for every show. Please ask before booking services if that will be a problem.
There are NO REFUNDS for Hair, Makeup, Tanning Services! Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (within 72 hours of show), MISSED APPT TIMES WILL CAUSE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR PAYMENT MADE . Cancellations made in advance of show before 72 hour mark can be moved to another show at the current price of services up to one year. This means if price has increased for your service there will be a difference in price, and we must be in attendance at that show. If you would like to place only a deposit for your services to hold your spot on our schedule you can do that. That deposit to hold your spot is $100 dollars and is non refundable/ non transferable. If paying a deposit, you must tell us in the comments section what services you are holding a spot for.
Current Service Prices are reflected in the Service Drop Down Box...All prices are per day pricing (If your show is a 2 day show, then you will need to purchase 2 days) For your convenience, multiple days are grouped in the service drop down box. WE DO NOT TOUCH UP DAY OLD MAKEUP!
WEEK OF POLICY and LATE POLICY
There will be an additional $25 Dollar charge for booking same week of (5 -3 days out) from show, $50 after 2 or less days before show. This will be automatically added to your purchase price. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible!
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time you will be charged a Late Fee of $25 Dollars. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled NO EXCEPTIONS!
You may now Guarantee your FAVORITE Flawless Artist if they are in attendance at that show for a fee. Artist are assigned to shows based on a number of factors and may not be available at every show. Customers will be assigned to artist randomly based on what service you booked, if you have not paid the fee to guarantee your spot with a particular artist.
Before Paying the Fee Please Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the artist will be in attendance at the show. There will be no refunds given for not reading the stipulations and ensuring the artist will be at the show.
Effective Immediately - If you bring guest to your appointment they will be asked to wait in the lobby. NO EXCEPTIONS... if you insist on them being present there will be a $10 dollar fee paid in cash.
