Hair and Custom Wig Orders:

Flawless Hair extension orders require a production Lead time of approximately 7 to 10 business days, Custom Units may have up to a 2-3 month processing time, dependent on the number of units before your unit.

 

holidays and weekends excluded. our Overseas vendors holidays  and possible shipping delays will be taken into consideration for processing times. You will be notified of any delays.

 

Please remember shipping is affected by this production time. The order will be shipped to the address provided and method per the order submission. It is important to check your order for accuracy prior to submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned or packages mailed to the wrong address due to customer error.

 

Flawless is not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen issues. Custom Units may have up to a 2-3 month processing time. Please be advised that unforeseen circumstances can delay this time.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:

There are no Refunds, Returns or Exchanges on Flawless Custom Units.

These Units are made custom for you at the time of purchase and cannot be resold.

Please ensure you have purchased the correct length, texture and color prior to completing your order. You may email us at Info@getflawlesshair.com if you need help determining your best match.

Remember, human hair has subtle variety, color changes, and texture differences. Like human hair, the display of colors in print, on a monitor, and across multiple devices will vary. Although we strive to maintain accuracy in our color samples, they are intended to be used as a visual guide and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Show Services (Hair, Makeup, TAN)

There are NO REFUNDS for Hair, Makeup, Tanning Services! Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance (if you choose not to compete, if you cant compete there will be no exceptions made, period) Cancellations made in advance of show before 72 hour mark can be moved to another show at the current price of services up to one year. This means if price has increased for your service there will be a difference in price, and we must be in attendance at that show.

 

Deposits- There are no refunds for Deposits

Touchups- There is NO Refund on Touchups.

Artist Request- There are no Refunds for not ensuring your artist will be in attendance at the show you are booking.
